More sad news in a year that’s been replete with sad news.
Our friend Julian Dombrowski has passed away.

Julian Dombrowski

1982 – 2020

John Kundrat composed a haiku that summarizes Julian’s life in just three lines:

Always on the go
Lived life to the fullest
Accomplished!

Requiescat In Pace Julian.

More sad news in a year full of sadness.

Molly Tiss, Office Manager/Registrar at PASS, died yesterday (31 July, 2020.) Many MOREons were concurrently registered at MORE and PASS and will remember Molly fondly.

Susan Tiss, Molly’s daughter posted on Facebook:

My Mom, Molly, died peacefully yesterday evening.

I am grateful to the nurses and staff at Peppi’s House, who helped my family through the whole process and who ensured that my mother was comfortable and able to finally rest.

Her wishes were simple and clear, there will be no services.

If you knew her personally and wish to do something in her memory, in lieu of flowers or other gifts, please consider a small donation in her name to the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, where she served as a volunteer docent for over 20 years.

Thank you to everyone who reached out to me and my family over the last several days, it has been wonderful to know that we have so much support and love.

Requiescat In Pace Molly.

Spring Alumni Picnic Canceled

Exercising an abundance of caution in light of recent events, the organizing committee has decided to cancel and reschedule the 2020 Spring Alumni Picnic.

We know how much everyone looks forward to this event and apologize for any inconvenience cancellation will cause.

We are looking at October dates, and will post a new event when plans are confirmed.

Happy New Year fellow MOREons!

Good news to start the “Roaring 20’s” … a copy of the long missing 1994 Video Yearbook and Graduation Ceremony tape has been found and is available for viewing on the Project MORE alumni website. The original master copy remains missing so these digitized copies of the copy are less than quality video, but they’re better than nothing

Check them out at

BTW check back soon for an announcement of the dates for the 2020 alumni picnic!
